Krabat is a dedicated micro-roastery, born from a genuine and enduring passion for coffee. Since 2011, my curiosity about coffee's journey – from berry on the bush to the finished cup – has driven me to delve deeply into the world of coffee. I personally select and purchase all my green beans and carefully roast them in small batches to highlight the unique character and flavor profile of each origin.

For me, coffee is more than just a beverage. Coffee creates space – for conversations, for silence, for contemplation. It invites both community and those small, quiet moments where you connect with yourself. A good cup of coffee can be an anchor in everyday life – a pause that supports calm, presence, and self-worth, both for oneself and for those with whom it is shared.
