The Producer: Founded in 1988, Fazenda Vila Boa is Monica's passionate coffee project, created on the land she inherited from her father, and developed into a modern coffee farm focused on top-quality specialty coffee. The name Vila Boa, which means "the pleasant town," reflects the vision behind the farm: to unite people around responsible coffee production, quality, and a shared passion for extraordinary coffee.

At Fazenda Vila Boa, coffee beans are cultivated with great respect for nature, craftsmanship, and the high standards that characterize Brazilian specialty coffee. The result is freshly roasted coffee beans with a balanced and complex flavor profile that appeals to coffee lovers, home baristas, and professional baristas alike.

This coffee from Brazil delivers a rich and elegant cup with distinctive notes, making it ideal for both filter coffee and espresso. An experience for those seeking quality coffee with a clear origin and uncompromising taste.

Recommendation

Give the coffee a resting period When coffee is allowed to rest after roasting, the harsh and sharp flavours, which can even be described as 'roast' characteristics, are softened, making way for finer and brighter notes to emerge more clearly.

We recommend letting the coffee rest for at least 7 days after the roast date, and we often find that coffee reaches its absolute peak, especially for high-density coffees, after 2 weeks.

Brewing We carry our straightforward approach to coffee into the brewing process as well. We recommend our coffees for all brewing methods, whether it's immersion, percolation, or espresso. We believe that by light roasting the coffee, the inherent qualities of the raw material are showcased.
